Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup cracked wheat
1/4 cup barley
1/4 wheat berries
1/4 cup ground flax
5 cups water
Pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and simmer on top of the stove for 30 minutes. Serve with dried fruit, coconut, nuts, maple syrup, etc.
